Chambre en colocation à Paris 08

A lovely, light and airy fully furnished room in the highly practical St. Lazare neighborhood, available for moving in late June. Great transport Metro, buses, RER, SNCF. Lots of shops and modest priced restaurants. Walk to Concorde or Montmartre or Parc Monceau. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom in subway tiles with full tub/shower. Hardwood floors. 4th floor with elevator (the world's slowest and smallest!). The room as about as private as possible in a shared apartment. The door to the room is right at the entrance to the apartment and the bathroom is right across from it. And I spend up to half my time away in Stockholm so much of the time you have the place to yourself. The last guy to rent this room stayed for three and a half years, so I must be somewhat easy to get along with. :) Payment is by paypal, wifi included but we share gas and electricity.
