Chambre en colocation à St Martin d'Hères

Hello everyone!

We are looking for a new roommate (F/H) to complete our shared apartment in Saint-Martin-d'Hères. We communicate fluently in English and in French, but also in Serbian and Russian if you'd prefer ;)

The apartment is very convenient: located on the second floor (no elevator), it has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry machine, bathroom with a separate toilet, and a large living room with a nice balcony overlooking the mountains. Located right in front of Neyrpic, close to Intermarché and the university campus.

The contract is a “bail solidaire”, open for CAF (100 to 200 euros reimbursed with "APL"), and the room will be available from April 5. The monthly rent is 350 euros, to which you have to add about 45 euros per month for electricity and gas. We already have annual insurance, to which you will have to contribute for the period of your stay.

In our coloc, we are committed to respecting common and personal spaces. We have a great balance in the house and we believe that we should work like a community, helping each other out and looking out for each other when needed. Looking forward to meeting you!
