Chambre en colocation à Montrouge

Hallo,

We are looking for a third roommate.
The room is 12m2. The rent for the room is €600. (the first three pictures) in an apartment of 75m2 + 2 terraces (a total of 95m2). Currently, the room has a Japanese bed. However, a 90cm or 120cm bed can be provided upon request.

We need to extend our lease starting May 1st. The new roommate should be included in the lease. That means the apartment is available for rent from May 1st.

We are: Belal, 48 years old from Lyon, works in CDI in a security -related company. Belal sometimes smokes on the terrace by the kitchen. Smoking in the room or on the second terrace facing the neighbors is not allowed.

Me is in the in Living Room. I am Fashion photographer from Vienna, Austria 🇦🇹 . I work for a company that's currently out of my domain in CDI. Personally, I prefer not being a smoker.
Man or woman, the rule here is: everyone must sit on the toilet. No one pees standing up.

The electricity bill is divided by three. In summer it's €20-€40 per person, in winter €50-€90 per person. The electricity bill is calculated monthly.

I usually clean once a week, so if anyone would like to help, I would be very grateful. Since I live in the living room and can hear everything that goes on in the kitchen, I prefer someone who is quiet and not someone who always starts cooking in the middle of the night.
