Chambre en colocation à Montrouge

NON-SMOKING APARTMENT: APPARTEMENT NON-FUMEUR
The room is available from now until end of August maximum. After it will be a new apartment in Paris.

We are looking for a third roommate.
The room is 12m2. The rent for the room is €600. (the first 2 pictures) in an apartment of 75m2 + 2 terraces (a total of 95m2). Currently, the room has a Japanese bed.

We are: Elisa 20 years old from France, Elisa is studying geography.
( We have a friend, She would like to rent the room from September onwards, but it's not 100% certain. If someone would like to rent the room for June, July, and August, that's also fine with us).

Me is in the in Living Room. I am Fashion photographer from Vienna, Austria 🇦🇹 . I work for a company that's currently out of my domain in CDI. Personally, I prefer not being a smoker.
Man or woman, the rule here is: everyone must sit on the toilet. No one pees standing up.

The electricity bill is divided by three. In summer it's €20-€40 per person, in winter €50-€90 per person. The electricity bill is calculated monthly.

I usually clean once a week, so if anyone would like to help, I would be very grateful. Since I live in the living room and can hear everything that goes on in the kitchen, I prefer someone who is quiet and not someone who always starts cooking in the middle of the night.
